For organizations that choose to operate our camera system themselves, there is a $100 upfront payment. In this case, there is no other payment to Par3 Heroes as all donated funds are kept by the organization. (We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express for the upfront fee)

For organizations that choose Par3 Heroes to operate and manage the fundraising event there is no charge. Choosing this option generally results in much less of the donated funds going back to the organization because there are larger operating costs when we are required to manage the fundraising event.

If a non-profit is looking to start an event, simply contact us directly to get started.

Yes, Par3 Heroes is willing to accommodate an organization nationally if there is sufficient interest.

If there is sufficent interest, Par3 Heroes can establish a relationship with a course near by in order to accomodate your organization. The organization is also welcome in bringing a preferred course for the fundraising event.

It depends on which fundraising package was selected?

If your organization chooses to operate our camera system, you’re the ones who collect the donations directly unless you have requested that we handle this on your behalf.

If your organization chooses Par3 Heroes to operate and manage your fundraising event, then we’ll provide a detailed accounting of all donations made per event. Minus our expenses, all donations can be wired or e-transferred to the appropriate accounts.

This depends on which fundraising package was selected. Organizations that choose to simply operate our camera system themselves tend to raise more funds for their cause, due to the fact that if we operate and manage the event, we’ll have many more additional expenses. Our camera system is plug and play that requires little instruction.

Every golfer that requests a copy will receive a text message as they’re walking on to the next hole.

Of course not. All you need to have is a valid phone number.

Even know text messaging is extremely reliable, from time to time one of the wireless providers may have selected a text coming from us as spam. If this has happened please contact us as we have tools available that might help in locating your text.

You’ll want to make sure that your browser software is up to date or try switching browsers entirely as sometimes older versions of certain browsers can interfere with download. Our platform tends to work best on Google Chrome. Please note that our download and checkout does not support Internet Explorer. Additionally, we’d recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies.

We provide a highly secure, robust, and reliable third party payment processing service. Upon a download, donation details are transmitted to a Par3 Heroes payments partner. We use Stripe and Paypal. Both merchants systems are Level 1 PCI Compliant ensuring the highest level of security and compliance.

Privacy comes first and foremost at Par3 Heroes. First, we have a few fundamental principles:

The security of your information and transactions is one of our highest priorities. Par3 Heroes automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256 bits (the highest level commercially available). Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are never directly connected to the Internet, so your private information stays private.

Unfortunately, the answer is no unless there was a proven technical issue that prohibited the golfer an opportunity to download their golf shot. Please note: The only guarantee that we can provide at this time is knowing that your donation will help a great cause 100% of the time. All donations are final.

You can find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of all our marketing emails. By unsubscribing you will NOT be notified of future Par3 Heroes promotions.

No. Par3 Heroes is a for profit social impact company that harnesses the power of technology and golf to help fundraise for those who need it most. Par3 Heroes partners with charities or non-profits in either a commercial co-venturer or professional fundraiser relationship.

Depending on the utilization of our services, the amount that is donated to the charity or non-profit is highlighted at the bottom of every download page.

It depends on the utilization of our services and platform. In the case where a non-profit or golf course operates our equipment and platform themselves, then no registration is required. In the case where we operate and directly work with a non-profit or charity, then there are certain state requirements.

Different States require charities and commercial co-venturers to enter into and file a written agreement. Those States include Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, South Carolina, Utah and sometimes California.

State charitable registration statutes require some form of registration for a commercial co-venturer in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire and South Carolina.

States that require a surety bond include Alabama and Massachusetts.

States that require a closing statement for commercial co-venturers include Alabama and South Carolina.

Par3 Heroes will keep on file all disclosure requirements regarding any commercial co-venturers agreement including the results of each charitable sales promotion.

Both for-profit organizations and not-for-profit organizations may be approved by Par3 Heroes when the proceeds will be fully used to benefit a group/cause that is one of the following types.

EDUCATIONAL – proceeds are being used to support a school or educational institution or a school-related organization (e.g., club/student/parent group; athletics; band/choral; school equipment; student development; scholarships).

RELIGIOUS – proceeds are being used to support faith-based activities or church-related organizations (e.g., youth group; missions; benevolent programs; building fund; congregational support).

CHARITABLE – proceeds are being used to support a registered 501(c) charitable organization.

COMMUNITY – proceeds are being used to support community-based activities devoted exclusively to charitable, educational, or recreational purposes and not for individual or commercial gain.

Tax ID – If you are raising money on behalf of an organization, reach out to your organization chair to request the tax id/EIN number.

Purpose of the fundraiser – We’ll need a short what you will be doing with the funds you raise.
Example: club/student/parent group, athletics, band, school equipment etc.

​Organization Information – We’ll need the organizational address and phone number you are supporting. This information is needed to verify the organizational information.

Website or social links – If a Tax ID is not available, we can use a website or social link that supports the organization or cause, you are fundraising to benefit.
Example: If your softball team, dance team etc., has a Facebook page.
